Thanks for the response, the problem I have is the dealer is a 2hr drive away. Even if I take the motorhome up to the dealer I would have to leave it there, so I would have my wife drive another vehicle up there and back. Then again when we would pick it up, this would end up being (2x8hr)16hrs of driving to have the 32" Jenson TV repaired---ouch in time and gas.

I would prefer to deal with you directly if possible. I am IT professional and have tried many options already. Is there a repair shop in Victoria, BC?
