What are the rolled up items in the front? Can't tell if they are rugs, or perhaps wicker baskets.

They're wicker baskets. I actually don't use those anymore, the clothes were getting snagged on the basket, so I've just put plastic totes there.

Help need to know if anyone has used the rear bumper on a 5th wheel to carry a scooter on a rack
With a weight about 200 # the bumper looks strong enough I have no warranty to worry about
