Sorry I didn' get back to you earlier.

I have not pulled it with my 1/2 ton Silverado. We had the dealer deliver the TT to our site and set it up. That being said, our previous TT weighed about the same and when the dealer delivered the new TT, I hooked up the old TT and pulled it from the site to the dump station and back to across from our site with no problem what so ever. There wasn't any sag on the rear of the truck so I didn't hook up the WD bars.

When we bought the previous TT I towed it from Madison, Wi to Montello, Wi with a '98 Dodge Durango, 318 ci. Couldn't get it going any faster than 60mph.

So the Silverado should work for short distances, but I would not try going expressway speeds. The tongue weight is over by 150#, but the other weights are under.

That's a pretty heavy trailer for the 1/2 ton. Handle it ok. I have thought about a little larger trailer but not sure if my 2016 double cab Z71, rated at 9200, would be OK with that much wgt.
