As for warranty had a contract on the Damon and Bus both of which IMO were totally junk. I also, purchased a tire warranty on the bus but when I went to use it found the company out of business so that was $700 put to no good waste.

Sorry just saw your message to me of 5/12 still getting use to forum format it does not always alert me when I have a message. Purchased my Berkshire XL early March 2015 but did not take possession until end of March. Took it on maiden voyage mid April which was an experience. Before this I had a Damon Ultra Sport and a Tiffin Allegro Bus both had issues from the get go but Bus was by far best unit. Got rid of it because monthly payment were killing me FR lowered my payments $600/month for a new unit compared to one 10 years old.
As for issues after my maiden voyage we comprised a list of 29 items 4 of them what I call safety related like step having a mind of its own, refrigerator breaking out of it floor mounting and almost falling over, hot water heater not working 100% of time. Most of the items were stupid issues that should never left the factory with. How about you?
