Hello Big Joe. I see you are from Alabama. what dealer are you buying from? I also live In Alabama and I am on my second Coachmen. I had a 2007 and now own a 2014. I can tell you for sure the selling dealer can either give good or bad service. If you ever have any trouble with the dealer you just call Coachmen and you will get service. I took a three month trip this summer and my 1 year warranty expired during my trip. I had a few minor issues during the trip so I called my dealer and they said it would not be a problem. just bring it in when I got home. they did give me the phone # of Coachmen and ask me to call them just so they would be aware that I was on a trip and warranty work would be preformed when I got home. there was never a question. Coachmen said keep a list of the problems and it would be covered.
