Sorry, just saw this message. No problems towing the truck, you just go slower up long hills! Lol.
Re Ram steering, we didn’t need it on our 2014 truck, but needed it on our 2019 Jeep because of the electronic steering. We had it installed at the Dodge dealer in town.
Re leveling the tow bar: hitch height on Isata needs to be same height as truck attachments.
Re supplemental brake: we use the Blue Ox portable one because we switch between our two tow vehicles. We did that ourselves...just tow wiring that you have to install.
