The chevy dealers can only tell you what the Manual says . For Install you must go to and RV dealer or self for install . MUST CHECK WITH CHEVY TO MAKE SURE which 2018 models can be towed . I did Install my self of Blue ox Aventa LX tow bar.The car bracket it is not ez to install . Check BLue ox web site for details . On 2016 all that is need is to pull a fuse or a switch for it I did the switch and install bracket. Than follow instructions chevy towing.
