I narrowed down my camera search to Haloview (has many positive reviews on this forum and Amazon) and Tadi Bros (has positive reviews, but not as many people use them). I chose Tadi Bros due to the cost for the same options being only slightly higher but I was able to get 1080p resolution in the TB for $40 more than the Haloview. Plus, the range on the TB appears to be better. This means no need for a signal booster. The downside to the TB is the lack of video recording. This is not an issue for me.
