Did I see a thread for the Goshen 2020 Rally?? And is it now gone?? And is it gone because an April Fools post looked too real? Just curious...

Hi Bob! Word has it that if you’re having a problem with Forrest River that you're the man to contact. That being said, let me explain what’s happened to our 2017 Flagstaff Classic 8528rkws. We've noticed that the trailer bounced a lot since we bought it, but recently we were on a trip and noticed that the trailer was sagging more than usual. We stopped for gas and then noticed that the pin box was almost on the bed of the truck. We were only 100 miles from home, so we limped back to the dealer where we bought the trailer. They called FR who claimed it's a Lippert problem. Lippert was contacted and they sent out their guy to assess it for repair. He commented that in his experience it was the worst cracked pin box connection and frame he's ever seen. Week’s later, Lippert engineers denied responsibility for the damage. The pin box is being ripped off the frame due to flexing, and no one wants to take the blame. Is there any way you can help us? We need a solution.

I'm sorry, but I don't know the answer to the question about the Girard water heater. I've read through the manual online and see the information about the blinking light indicating an air problem, but nothing about how to resolve it. You might want to call Girard's Technical Service Hotline at 949-259-4024 for assistance.

hello F.R.O.G., does the white button on the girard gswh-1 water heater sit in there loosly or is it supposed to be tight because mine is fairly loose and i want to know if it needs replaced. also, when the control unit is flashing red one time only and it means there is an air fault, how can i fix that if you know please?
