Hi, GypsyFamily,
I am reading the thread of your adventures and only on page 6, but I thought I would email you about the pickup. We have an F350 05 crewcab and it tows the Columbus fine so far (only towed from Iowa south to Arkansas across 40 to Nevada so far, so no high passes like you will encounter in CO, but we have towed a 32 ft Jayco for years, to Alaska and back and five times around the US. We live in Wash, head south to AZ and across to LA, angle north to DC, Philly, Niagrara, and back to WA mostly(grandkid trips, one per summer, 3 times).
Just putting my two cents in on the two vehicle (yes, we have had our issues with the engine!)
