Sorry, I just saw this. I suggested the articles as that is the sources I would use if I were going to get serious about boon-docking. I am in no way an expert on the subject but the guy that wrote the article seems to know what he is talking about. Charging batteries properly for long life seems to be an art.
Hi. I read your post with great interest. I am just getting started, having "graduated" from a popup to a fifth wheel, that I am readying for retirement adventures. Can you suggest where I might get a list of places to get used gear, per your article, or would you advise to buy new? Do you have a list available to start me out on my way to a good solar setup? I already have 2x 24v 175 watt residential panels, or should I use something different? Also, I hope you do not mind me messaging you.
