Just wondering have you looked at new tires at all? I haven't had any issue with mine yet, but I am going to take a trip in August that will be 1,400 miles in both directions so I am considering getting the stock tires replaced. I think both the combo of all the horror stories in the forums about the poor quality added to the 65 mph speed rating and I feel like I just need to do it.

We also have the same 2016 230BHXL as you. I remember doing some checking a couple of years ago so I would know the location of the manual slide crank nut should the need ever arise. Off hand, I don't recall what I found out but I did download and print out several things from Lippert on the slide system. Might be the same as what you have already found out. Unfortunately, the downloads are at my office and we are out camping now and do not have access. I'd be glad to check out what I have when we get back next weekend.
I'd also.be interest in hearing any upgrades you may have made to your TT. I haven't seen very many posts regarding the 230BHXL. Other than finding a few problems which might be called "cheap" workmanship, we really love ours.
