I understand why you're wanting to use the goal zero set up, but with only 14 amp hour power, it might not last the night. On DC output, 14 Ah = 1 amp for 14 hours = 2 amps for 7 hours... If your cpap draws more, times will be shorter.
The goal zero AC output is only rated for 80 watts or ~0.72 amps, that may be good for a phone charger or other small device.
You can find a lot of youtube videos to help you understand how to install solar panels.
