Always something...Just recently has list of repairs completed and few maintenance items. Had a new AC installed and due to the Covid Crap was unable to use my MH until few weeks ago. Noticed a small drip water coming from AC return in ceiling (ducted unit) is was raining pretty good for all day. Then back home back under cover. Just completed a 4 day event where it really poured, once again same return duct but this was obvious a leak. I am guessing since unit pretty much sits between the two ducts, other has no leak, that they did not seal good enough. My questions is how hard is it to ( I assume will need to pull the entire unit up and apply caulk to somekind of gasket on the unit). I am not most nimble at my age and bad back to boot. If back to repair shop probably be 3 weeks min. 2015 Berkshire 40xl these or the low profile penguin units.
