I bought the inline flow meter. Great invention. I can't wait to use it for filling up the black tank when I rinse it out.

It would depend on the water flow rate. IIRC the tank is about 45 gallons and mine takes a good 20-25 minutes to fill completely up at my house. There is a distinct possibility that the LED panel is not working correctly. I have started to use a small inline flow meter to accurately track the amount.
