You are looking for your regional sales manager (check the map they show to see who covers your area). Names, email and phone numbers are shown. The rep for my area, Michael Wagner, is very responsive. In my case, when I firmed up an order with my dealer, it was the regional sales rep who scheduled the build to get the proverbial ball rolling.
