I just wanted to let you know that I appreciated *this post* ([url] miles that you made. It's contributions like this that make this such a great community.

Comment: Thanks for reply re the rear axle ratio. That\'s a great truck for towing!

Please thank other members for their posts if you find them useful. It's a nice way to let each other know you appreciate their input.

I was enjoying the comments on "A little rant about newer truck owners." It was predominantly light hearted 'get over it' stuff.

I was looking forward to reading the last comment so I could add a picture of my 1983 Toad (translate 'jalopy') when I came across your having closed the thread.

A little humor and light hearted back-and-forth is a good thing, even if it does show up among the more serious posts.

Forum friends, I just returned to FL and my Cedar Creek Cottage. Two nights ago I turned on my awning LED lights and they were only half as bright as they were when I buttoned up the RV in May. Last night I turned them on and they were at full brightness and then went dim again. Any clue what can cause this?

The tranny concerns started on our way back from Tampa Bay in early May when Peter's oldest son became a daddy and Peter became a full-blood Grandaddy! <3

I dang near had a stroke when I saw the price sheet, but dang! It's gorgeous and rides like a caddy! That certainly helps with my neck issues. It's got more bells and whistles than Carter's got little liver pills.

Was sittin' at the redlight this morning, headed up to Tractor Supply and thought about ya so I decided to hunt ya down.

Hey you....yep, we're still kickin', though I'm about to have my third cervical disc fusion. I refuse to let the little stuff get me down. BTW, if ya see a white with dark bronze trim around the bottom of a Ram Longhorn Laramie 4X4 Diesel cruisin' around our neck of the woods, give 'im a howdy. That's Peter. SMH On RARE occasions it might be me but I'm scared chitless that I'll put a ding on it. :P

We got a little worried about the F250 due to the tranny temp running above 200 degrees when towing, 195 not towing so Peter when prissin' up to the Dodge place on Saturday about 5 months ago, left the F250 with them, and brought home the 2500 Cummins Longhorn.
