Oven won't stay lit

We have a 2019 25BRDS only 3 months old. The pilot light on the oven lights fine, then when we turn the oven up to preheat it, say 350 degrees, the oven comes on until it gets hot then shuts off, pilot light and all. I have relit the pilot light and turned it on again and it does the same thing. It will not keep the oven hot, only a one shot burn. Anyone know what could be the problem??

That has been reported here before. I even had this issue myself several years ago. I recommend you determine which company made your oven (probably Suburban) and find them on the internet. Get a phone number for their service unit and call them. I was sent a new part free of charge and I installed it myself.
