Any E-Pro 15TB Owners Here? (Twin Beds)
Hello,
We just ordered a Flagstaff E-Pro 15TB sight unseen from the factory. Would like to hear Likes and Dislikes from the Owner's on this Model. Any Problems, Modifications or Helpful Hints? We're hoping we made the right choice. I understand that the Rockwood Geo Pro 15TB is essentially the same trailer with different badging. Dan |
We didn't buy the 15tb but we did buy the 19fd. Overall we are very happy with our choice. However, there have been a couple of quality issues we've run across.
Take a look at the construction of the cabinet doors and you'll see that the joints are held together with plastic keys. One of our doors fell apart after about a month. I wasn't surprised as I had seen the complaint here on the forum. I since have reinforced all the cabinet doors with L brackets. After reinforcement the seams on the front of the doors came apart. It was an easy fix with a little silicone caulk (pics attached). I've also had to replace the door knob on the bathroom door. We bought our unit in November and are very pleased. Yes there are going to be little things that need to be fixed here and there, but that's RV life. |

Just picked ours up 5/8/2019. We took it out for the weekend, and had a great time (no issues). Too early to have much input on problems, but would love to here an update from any other owners.

Pocket screws would also work well.

15TB tow vehicles?
What are your tow vehicles for the 15TB? I'm very close to buying the Geo Pro 15TB, and will tow with a 2017 Tacoma, 4x4, v6, with the tow package. Based on a few trailers that I have pulled (boat, utility, fish house), the 15TB will probably be the max comfortable size.
Toyota states a 6400# max tow, but that would have to be flat land, no wind, and perfect driving conditions. My brother's 3500# boat was a chore for short distance when using ECT, 4th gear, and 60 mph, max. |

Would like to hear
About your fuel mileage on the 15tb. Was about to pull the trigger on and put on hold. Thanks if you can shed some light on this

Thanks for your reply. We really appreciate it. Was considering the 14fk but she really wants the 15tb. Got a good price and loan already approved. Just a little hanging up on fuel mileage. We have 2019 ranger. Hand calculation 23.4 to 24.62. 310 ft lb torque and tow rated 7500. Hoping to stay about 15. What is tv doing non tow if I can ask? Thanks again for your reply

New Lou, be aware that tipton is in Ohio, right next to the center of RV Manufacturering, where prices are way cheaper than the West Coast.
So don't expect the same kinda of prices. That's why we drove to the Midwest, from California, to buy our new HTT. |
thank you so much..I now have a baseline number...I'm going to try for that amount. Wish me luck!
|
so your saying to drive there...which I could...I'll definitely put some thought into in...thanks again...if its saving me money...ill probably do it..
