fresh water problem

We have a 2018 Grey Wolf 26dbh travel trailer and now want to go dry camping. We have filled our fresh water tank - turned on the water pump but no water. Water not going to hot water heater either.

We have let it run 20 minutes - we can hear the pump run. Is there a valve somewhere we're not seeing?

Hope someone can help? We called the manufacturer and they said the water pump is under the kitchen sink but it isn't. It is on the back end but we're not seeing a valve.

You may need to find the pump and see if there is a valve close to it, to allow for the introduction of antifreeze for winterization purposes. If this valve is set for winterization, then it needs to be turned to allow water from the tank to be pumped.

Here is an example pic of a valve you may find near the water pump that allows the pump to either draw from the fresh water tank or an antifreeze bottle.

See the valve position. That is what it should be at for normal use.

Thanks for the reply. We just can't find where this valve is.

Should be close to the water pump or near the winterizing drain lines under the rig.
