Membership Status

My details say that I am a Junior Member. What does that mean (bearing in mind that I am an Old Age Pensioner)? And how do I become something better than a Junior Member?

All the best, Tony.

I think that has something to do with how long you have been in the forum and how many posts you have either put up or answered. Not positive about all that tho.

It's based purely on how many posts you have contributed. I believe at 100 posts it switches to "member" and ultimately you can achieve other goals.

OR...you can go into your User Control Panel then click EDIT YOUR DETAILS and scroll down to "OPTIONAL INFORMATION" and you'll see Custom User Title. You can then UNCHECK the default and type in whatever you wish to say. For example, on mine...it says "On The Road Again".

Scroll to the bottom and hit SAVE CHANGES and you're done - no longer a "Jr. Member".

The "field" is filled by default based on your posts. The more posts the higher the default "fill" (Senior member, etc).

You can visit your UserCP menu on the green menu bar and change it.
Rules do apply to what is "OK speech" to put there. Basically, if it is OK to put in a post it is OK to use under your avatar (photo).

You can't mislead (by putting "Moderator" or "Admin" there for example, unless you are one.)
