When I was loading it up yesterday, there was a clicking sound near the hitch after raising it up. I dismissed it as sensor or something, and did not think about it again. Now I know!

Ok, figured it out. What would we do without Forums? The 12V resettable circuit breaker under the frame needed to be reset. It is a little guy along the underside of the frame about a foot back...
