Wallpaper or peel and stick??

DW wants to beautify inside of trailer, tired of looking at bland colored walls. Has anyone wallpapered or used the peel and stick wallpaper ?? Any helpful hint or tricks would appreciated . Thanks

Used a door window clear sealant in the gutter, tried to smooth it out so water would flow to gutter end. Water seeps thru on the outside and down on my siding. Than black streaks.
