We have the 21FBRS. Bought new a couple years ago. No issues right out of the box and have not run into any problems with it. Having owned a few, we have been very pleased with the quality.

RV.net carries all kinds of bumper racks for a TT that would work. Before I spend the money, I suspect I can build my own. The Ultraskiff is only 120 pounds, so I don't need a heavy duty one.
