Went to pop up the trailer and the right rear latch wasn't open all the way, things got bound up and now the rear is stuck up about 2 inches, won't go up or down.

From what I can tell it's the gear and hook that somehow are misaligned and are now worn and wont grab. Clutch material should hold but will replace all since you have to order all as a kit.

Looks like ine is worn. Any ideas on how this happened? Still lifts lowers but will self lower if not up all the way.
