Still very well be a motherboard issue. Call the dealer and if not satisfied with what they say, call Lippert directly. They will have someone call you back if they can't answer it when on the phone.

Congratulations on the truck. By the way, the new B&W hitches are 20k and have redesigned the base. I just got a new base and love it! Check it out. I believe the new one is RVK3500 IIRC.

The guys at Sandpiper/Sierra have done it again. I love the new floor plan with two complete bathrooms. It would make it much easier for those of us with kids as they age to have two complete baths....
