Ok follow up - I'm embarrassed to say that I went back and read the directions and this jack goes into sleep mode after 3 minutes of no use. You have to hold two different buttons in for 3 seconds...

I just had to replace a Dometic 9200. The trailer was only two weeks old. Brushed by a small tree in our front yard. It ran $1,150 for the awning, arms and installation. Good luck!
