Usually, the model number is a label on the inside next to the fan impeller. Failing that, maybe a picture of the outside part of the vent. Mist current models have an easy mount cover of some sort.

I went ahead and ordered an Andersen. It’s not super cheap at $450, but sounds like it’ll do the job and is as lightweight as I could reasonably expect.
