Both. If the trailer moves then the yukon moves. If I have to deal with a lot of semi trucks then I'll get wore out driving. The short wheel base doesn't help any at all when towing just backing up.

Fresh water pump isn't going run unless the switch is on. Water or not it needs to be turned on. Not automatic or it would burn the pump up if the water tank was empty.
