My fuse kit came with one of those tools but it was shorter. I ended up using my fish hook remover pliers from the tackle box to get a good grip. Worked like a charm. :)

Here are some pics to show what I was describing earlier. I ended up taking the whole breaker box out to get easier access to the fuses. (Yes, they were blown):)
