Tv mount bolt length

I am going to be mounting a TV in my back bedroom. Does anyone know how long of bolts I should use? I am worried about going through to the outside.

Tire storage

How does everyone store their tires? Is there a benefit to getting them off the ground? What about letting pressure out? Do I need to have something between tire and ground?
