Can the sequence be changed on putting the hydraulic levelers down. Currently slide goes out before the unit is level. I was just in a Renegade and it could be leveled then the slide goes out

I have a 2021 MBS2401B with a dometic 2 burner Cooktop. It has propane to the regulator but not to the burners. All other propane items work fine. Is this a bad regulator?
