tow the Jeep and don't lock the doors? Does the alarm activate even if the locks are un-locked?

Your pump runs on 12v DC circuit so those black switch-like circuit breakers in your power panel do not apply because they are for 120 VAC.

Those 12v fuses in the power panel might apply....
