Yes. The bedroom and garage are always ducted, regardless of whether you have 1, 2, or 3 a/c's. You will only have a separate thermostat for the bedroom if you order second a/c in bedroom location

If you order with 2 a/c's, they are ducted together and also ducted back to the garage. If you add on the 3rd a/c, the garage will have its own thermostat so you can regulate the temperature back...
