We had the issue on ours and I added a GFI outlet...

We had the issue on ours and I added a GFI outlet ran wire to breaker panel added a 15 amp breaker and we used a small personal heater works great and the heater sits on the raised block on the right...

Forgot to mention that I have remote temp sensors in both compartments and I used a timer for the heaters so they were never left on 24 hrs a day. Just something you must pay attention to.

When we were in Idaho I used a small personal heater in the water bay and 1 in the tank/water pump area and ran the extension cord to the pedestal. I was good to -10 with no problems.

I have had this happen a few times and the plug is still in the tank to solve this I use the back flush and with the valve open this creates pressure upward and dislodges the plug and it drains....
