Make sure someone didn't work the lights with the remote. Someone sometime did on mine and couldn't turn them off.

I just took a wire brush, got loose stuff off....

I just took a wire brush, got loose stuff off. Sprayed with graphite lube. Use it twice a year and it's flat black. Good enough for who it's for!

Well it seems as though the pot metal/ cast aluminium/really thin pos broke. It holds the gears and awning motor,plus is mount to awning arms. Not seeing it with search, but maybe it's out there.

Mine had the nut on top, but made of plastic and very easily shatters! Guess when I found out.

Luckily it was a fuse that was all but still don't have a way to retract manually except bottle jack...

I have traveled many times with full fresh water tank. And a few times with black a grey tank full because of no dump station.

IMO, if can't be used as intended, why bother, just buy a park model.
