No that is not common. Sounds like a issue with the tires if you are having a rattle that is shaking everything.

Are the tires used? I would guess tires or bent rim.

So as always I left the heat pump on over night in the RV to keep the chill out. Last night it dropped into the 30's and the heat pump this morning when I got up was not working.
