This couch is very comfortable while sitting. Sleeping it’ll just be used for the grandkids so I’m sure it’ll be great.

Well that's rather weird. Not very productive to drain off water from the floor pan.
Wonder if you take it apart see how it's installed and if you can modify the drain to be level with the pan.
