I fill mine before hitching to about 25-30...

I fill mine before hitching to about 25-30 depending on what I'm varying. After I drop the load on it I see pressure around 40-45ish.

I cannot see where the btf would over pressurize your tank and burst open at the seems. That's a load of crap. You have a vent on the tank to relieve pressure. Worst case would be you overfill it...

Fords have two fuel filters. I buy the oem ones online for 50 bucks and they take about 15 mins start to finish. Maybe less for some. Easy as pie.

Not sure what happened but try pulling the battery wire off for a few seconds and then reinstall. This may reboot the controls and let you at least go back to using the switch. If that doesn't work...

Low on refrigerant causes lower system pressures which will make any A/C freeze up regardless of refrigerant type. As long as there's moisture in the air and your low side refrigerant temp is below...
