I assuming your lights work....while the slide switches are on that panel, do they work even though you may not have any panel lights, what is your battery voltage, check for a tripped circuit...

No offense taken though the only reason the breaker should be turned off is for the safety or maintenance but using it as a switch at anytime is NOT what it is for....it's designed to trip that...

Convenient idea but a circuit breaker is not meant to be as switch no matter how rare.....safer to take trouble and wire a switch in series.

procedure for extending slide out

The slides voltage comes from your batteries......anytime your plugged in or the generator is running....the battery switch on of course....the batteries are getting a charge...ie more power to help...
