Keep in mind 303 DOES NOT evaporate so wipe in on not spray it.
Also it goes a LONG way so real cost is much less the water bas ed silicone or petroleum based WD 40.

Just a note. In my cottage I put in 4" of tile rather then try and fit in the extra. Leaves about 1/2-3/4" BUT THIS ALLOWED THE NEW TILE TO BE CUT EXACTLY AT A JOINT LINE.
