Just inside behind the facia, 4 of them I believe.
Two on each side, top and bottom.

4 screws held this cabinet in, I pulled it out and the vacuum breaker was right there.

As it turns out, one leg of the receptacle for the 50 amp hookup had shorted out.
Replaced the receptacle and the female end on the cord.
