I do a lot of smoking at home and on the road. I have a propane smoker I use when camping, I also take a full size BBQ and a Big Easy oiless deep fryer. I usually have a very popular campsite LOL....

1st thing I do with a new trailer is ditch the crappy tires they put on them. I run Michelin LTX AT's and never had a tire failure, I pull heavy and have put on lots of miles.
