My suggestion would be to make the doorway a minimum of 13'6" or better yet 14'. Who knows what you may purchase in the future. Yes there would be a increased cost but it would be minimal.

Just in case anyone has forgot what the breakaway switch it there for. That breakaway sets the brakes & will more than likely cause damage to your brake magnets if left on for a long period of time....
