Gray tank emties slow

H,
I've got a plumbing challenge: one of my gray tanks (galley) empties slowly. I think the drain from the tank to the hook up is partially clogged (before the valve). I'm guessing grease buildup....

I had an issue with my slide and a camp host suggested making sure you didn't have a lot of extra wight in it. I unloaded the storage compartments and it worked fine. Just a thought.
