For black streaks Awesome cleaner works great. It’s only a dollar at $ tree stores. You can get it in a spray bottle or refill bottles. Might be worth a try and not out much if it doesn’t work!

Sturgis motorcycle rally is Aug 8-14 so there will be thousands of bikers in the area and on the roads. You might want to plan to be gone by then. Lodging is hard to find and prices are inflated.
