I just use a tire ac/dc compressor with a built in gauge. Set the gauge to 25PSI and get a blow out plug from Canadian Tire. Do one tape at a time, then the low point drains.

You're a hoot NavyLCDR and how true Bikendan. I've used that tool on my tongue jack last year when it no longer worked because of a loose connection. Fixed and works fine.
