Keep it. If it's worn and hard to use just replace it or order the parts to get it back in shape. I'm looking at replacing the alleged HD antenna on my 2017 Windjammer. Height is your friend.

Agree on the height of the antenna which has me removing the Rayzar. I'm not about to carry joints of pipe to go higher as overnight or short stops would be a problem.
