I agree with all those saying the fan is set at a certain speed and needs to be set to "AUTO". It is the fan running all the time not the compressor.

They probably have stock for both left and right opening because of which side it is installed. Most likely a mistake by the installer but easily but time consuming reversible.

I found the black tank vent had separated just above the tank. Apparently it was not glued at the factory. You could also check to make sure debris has not clogged the vent pipe by pouring warm water...

My preference is dolly towing because I can tow almost any vehicle. As noted above you use the dolly brakes. I can adjust the brake controller to accommodate different weight vehicles.

No stupid questions here. I used 6 gauge which is rated for 55 amps. You will want to get 6-4 stranded wire. The 4 indicates that there are 4 wires in the cable which is what you will need for the RV.
