I had this problem one, it ran for 4 months straight and started noticing not as cold. The took the inside cover off and defrosted it. Never had a problem since.

This seems to be the standard with most of the FR dealers, especially when it comes to multiple items on a list. They always seem to jump around so much from RV to RV that forget what they are doing....
